Getting started
- Complete registration and verify your email with the one-time code.
- Upload your photo ID and wait for admin verification approval before expecting live customer demand.
- Review your settings, cuisine specialties, and service suburbs regularly so you only receive relevant bookings.
- Look out for in-home cooking requests that match your suburb coverage, specialties, and availability.
Payout setup
- Add account name, BSB, account number, and bank details.
- Provide ABN or TFN using valid Australian format checks.
- Select your payout term: weekly or monthly.
- Track invoice, payout, and bonus status from Cook Settings.
Earnings and invoices
- No monthly subscription. A 5% platform fee applies per paid booking.
- Cook Settings show gross value, platform fee, net credit, and payout status clearly.
- Invoices are generated after booking payment capture and stay visible in Cook Settings.
