- Notify HandyCook support promptly if there is any safety or property incident during a booking.
Cook responsibilities
- Follow safe food handling and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Work only within the agreed booking hours, cuisine scope, and customer instructions.
- Report incidents, breakages, injuries, or safety concerns promptly through support channels.
Incident workflow
- Ensure immediate safety and contact emergency services if required.
- Document key incident details and notify HandyCook support as soon as practical.
- Parties remain responsible for arranging any personal, household, or liability insurance claims relevant to their own circumstances.
