Customer responsibilities

  • Provide a safe cooking environment, working kitchen access, and clear instructions about allergies, dietary restrictions, and household expectations.
  • Notify HandyCook support promptly if there is any safety or property incident during a booking.

Cook responsibilities

  • Follow safe food handling and kitchen hygiene practices.
  • Work only within the agreed booking hours, cuisine scope, and customer instructions.
  • Report incidents, breakages, injuries, or safety concerns promptly through support channels.

Incident workflow

  • Ensure immediate safety and contact emergency services if required.
  • Document key incident details and notify HandyCook support as soon as practical.
  • Parties remain responsible for arranging any personal, household, or liability insurance claims relevant to their own circumstances.
