Customer FAQs

  • Create a booking from the customer dashboard by choosing one saved cuisine, your home address, the schedule, and optional favourite dishes.
  • Track booking status from My Bookings: Pending, Accepted, Paid, Active, Completed, or Cancelled.
  • If no cook accepts within the request window, the booking auto-cancels and you can create a fresh request to widen the match again.
  • Recurring bookings can be created for up to 30 days and are charged in full once accepted.
  • You can rebook a previous cook directly from a past booking when you want the same style of service again.

Cook FAQs

  • Accept requests from Cook Bookings or the dashboard request panel.
  • Only verified, available cooks with matching service suburbs receive live booking requests.
  • Cooks are matched by suburb and cuisine specialties.
  • If the requested cuisine, timing, or suburb is not a fit, decline the booking and leave the slot open for a better match.
  • Payout details, ABN or TFN, payout terms, and invoice history are available in Cook Settings.

Account and verification

  • Email verification uses a one-time numeric code.
  • Cooks must complete profile and photo ID verification before going fully active.
  • Support requests created from the website are logged and triaged through the admin console for follow-up.
